Perspective Locations

These locations were formerly grocery stores in East Cleveland. We want to purchase one or more of these properties and restore them back to grocery stores. Then we will seek a tenant to lease and operate the grocery store.

This will be a community project that will result in the creation of multiple business entities related to the management and operation of the facilities.
